What's eating me is that animate has sent out several Jokers to people who won auctions days after me. I guess as long as I get him before the dispute limit is up I'll be happy but it sure is frustrating.
Have you even asked for a tracking yet coco?
My order was also places on 5/20, I did it like first thing in the morning, I don't know if time of day factors in much.

did you put seperate orders for both figs or were they on the same order form? im sorry if im asking so many questions
Not a problem, I'm posting to help others waiting.
I put Batman and Joker on the same order to save on shipping. Looking at the tracking page for UPS, they physically shipped separately.

Yeah, mine too. I was one of the first 10 pre orders so I guess they got a few out today.
That's the weird thing...I placed mine on 7/26 when they threw a few more up there. I cancelled my BBTS order to snag one.
Maybe they're working backwards, or I got lucky and pushed up into someone else's cancellation slot?
I emailed him yesterday and he said he'll have it out in a few days. I'll ask him on Tuesday for the tracking # and go from there. I just don't understand why he wouldn't ship them out according to purchase date.
Ya, I pretty much ordered mine as soon as they were up on the Toys2 site, so I'm guessing I was with you int hat first few.
Just checked the tracking on my Bats...he's currently in OH, so he is moving.

Just recieved an Email from my Hong Kong seller saying the joker was dispatched to me yesterday and he should be with me in 6-8 working days!! I'm squite suprised at that cos i thought I would have to chase him up

I'm wondering how long I should wait to upgrade my dispute to a claim. I didn't open the dispute until wednesday after he failed to deliver on his promise to refund me on Tuesday. But the thing is I've been going back and forth with this guy since late July, and he has been suddenly silent this week.
Escalate this as soon as possible. He did the same thing to me. I opened a dispute and he said it was on hand and ready to ship. He kept putting off the shipment, so I put in a claim. It took a few days of me asking him for the EMS tracking number or a refund before he finally relented. Then he had the nerve to say to say he would be offering the Dark Knight version of Batman later in the year if I was interested. Like I would buy from him again!

I got the tracking info for both my Batman Begins and Joker figs. from Toy and Game in Hong Kong. Should be here in 6-8 days. Can't wait ...

I haven't gotten an email either and I used the money order option.
EDIT: I got my email and sent the payment in. They said it will ship out early this week. YAY!!!
