There really hasn’t been a new figure from the films in 9 months? That’s incredible.

The first Mando figure was TMS07 and the Boba Fett and Throne is TMS55/56, that says all you need to know about Hot Toys' direction lately!

The problem isn’t Hot Toys, it’s the consumer. People are clearly buying and they’re just following the money.

Really is a shame they didn’t do more for Clone Wars before diving into Mando like this though.

They are doing more for Clone Wars, tho. These days, we call that "The Bad Batch" HT lineup. I get what you're saying, but striking while the iron is hot is a very HT mindset.

An artillery trooper was never and never will be hot. And despite people thinking it's cool to see, I would imagine Axe Woves wouldn't exactly be a hot seller.

Mace Windu might not be relevant but I'm going to guess his figure would probably sell better than many (not all) Mandalorian figures. Certainly not Mando, Ahsoka and maybe Bo-Katan, but there are plenty of characters like Windu, Padme, Fives, Veers that would sell like hot cakes. Especially with how much people want stuff outside of Mando.

But Mando is hot, it's making big money and Hot Toys is just following the dollars and pumping as much as they can into it.

Makes sense that it would be a standard release. I imagine that figure will get plenty of attention on announcement. Best to hold that card when the Showcase is done with.

Was Jango and Lando really that late? This whole last year has flown but I swear they were summer orders.

Maybe with the Multiverse of Madness, maybe Dr. Strange will find himself on Bespin and Hoth where we can get SW figures we've been waiting on.

all we need is Mando to have some need to travel back in time to save Mandalore, resulting in trips to Bespin & Hoth when the rebels are then. Then and only then will we get them since it’ll be under the Mando line.

Well yeah, you have a point but IM is not really comparable to any other character. This person has been HT main focus for like ten years? now, I am honestly surprised that we have not seen an in-utero version of Stark in the womb, surrounded by multiple resin placental force-fields and with a tiny cellphone in his half-formed hand. Or like a resin printout of his DNA. HT is THAT OBSESSED. We will get every last version of him HT can possibly think up. We'll see an IM/LotR mashup next.

My comment about Bad Batch was very much tongue-in-cheek. I do think we'll get more CW stuff. They'll just trickle it in here and there. It'd be really interesting to see a HT version of Satine Kryze.

Strike while the iron is hot and the design is "in season." OT, PT, CW. The most famous/iconic designs are all set in stone and will always have demand.

Hot Toys has to keep up with the designs in The Mandalorian because it's currently "in season." How many variations have there been of Din so far? How many more will there be as the series goes by? Same goes for Book of Boba. We won't know what is considered the most famous/iconic design yet because it continues to change but collectors will continue to purchase them as they are released.

Thanos seems pretty definite now since I’ve heard it from three separate parties, same for Hulk, one person was right about the Coursant Guard, Mysterio, and likely Thanos and Hulk said Rex will come after Hulk so I’m cautiously optimistic
