In case anyone was wondering about the fatsuit underneath

But eventually I swapped it out with a Phicen m33 body and I don?t regret it
This looks great, Guyver. This is the way to do it. Remove the restriction from the joints, but maintain as much of the rest of the padding as possible so he doesn?t end up looking like a toothpick.
Did you actually assemble him with the fat suit mod or did you go straight to the Phicen? Interested in knowing how you thought he looked and how much articulation improved. Thinking seriously about copying your process. What kind of tape did you use?

I did a chat with sideshow today just to see what?s up. They are getting them in ?small batches and fulfilling orders in the order they were placed? no way in hell is the latter true in any way.
Frustrated I pre-ordered on day 1 and people have gotten it them months ahead of me.

Now that you've voiced your complaint, hopefully you get it soon.
But yeah, they are definitely not going in order of orders placed, unless they mean backwards from most recent first because that would feel more likely.

They said the same thing when I contacted them about their The Child Life Sized, although I knew for a fact that people that placed orders weeks or months after me were getting theirs first.

Did UPS shipping cost go up? My deluxe is shipping soon and it's almost double the price of a Hot Toys figure usually shipped to me. $38 and it's not double boxed. Is the shipping box that big and heavy?

It was the same for me. Almost double the norm. The deluxe box is noticeably bigger than a standard figure box. Maybe big enough to exceed some kind of cutoff.

Yep, it does suck. Probably a rate increase involved as well. Things usually do not get cheaper in life, unfortunately.

I am sure a version 3 will drop but I think with both Season 1 Mandos I will wait until future releases.
I am assuming the armour will have more drastic changes (maybe some paint, new pieces) and once they make that Pedro head possibly for the S3 version, I bet we will see Pedro a lot with future Mandos. That is if that coincides with the future of the show and that we will see Mando without his helmet as much if not more than Season 2.

I have been wracking my brain trying to figure out if I should get this or not. I want one, not many versions. Patience rewarded me with Marvel. Hate to miss out on some accessories, as V2 is loaded, but the exclusive ones might be the only ones. I think the OG Mando has the electricity/spikes/ST helmet that is only missing from V2. V3 probably will have the main guns, Darksaber?, beskar spear, headlight?, Grogu w/pack and new thigh plate. Doubt whistling birds and the detachable gauntlet. Not sure on a sculpt, but would be awesome. Justin on his channel thought HT had to change the outfit quickly, so they dyed it. Maybe a more accurate color for the cloth underneath? Probably same fat suit I'm sure.

No plug here but unless you have rewards with SS, its more prudent to go with companies that offer free shipping and double boxing. SS charges an additional 10 bucks to double box. I got my set from AE for 288.00 flat.
The box is really not that much larger. I was surprised with everything inside that the box was not bigger and heavier.
That was with reward points right?
