Here's my thoughts on the set. Overall a fantastic set, with the only strange thing being the legs of Wicket. Not sure if this is a common issues due to the undersuit?

Great review as always!

So the overall helmet "donut" on Leia's helmet is a different size to the Luke Endor helmet? I don't think they were different sizes in the movie from what I remember.

Looking at them now, they are a very similar size, with only some minor differences in molding and paint details. The internals are different too due to the differences in the way they needed to attach to the head sculpts.

Interesting - yeah I've heard people mention that the Leia helmet is smaller than the Luke one, but it seems like the main donut part is exactly the same and they just had to resculpt the lower ears/back of neck portion to accomodate the smaller Leia head.

In the movie it looks a bit oversized on Fisher's head but appears exactly the same size as Luke's, just pulled tighter.

Love these three! Now just sorely missing Endor Han!

The way they are looking at each other, Luke and Leia remind me of Archer and Lana lol. Looks like Luke is being annoying and she?s trying to stay focused on the mission.

I thought you meant the Wachowskis for a second.:lol

:lol I'm not sure I see it, but great show.

Just look at the pose of Luke and Leia and imagine the following. ;)

Luke: “Leia, do you have anymore of those round, speckly things?”

Leia: “What are you talking about Luke?.”

Luke: “You know those beige discs you gave to the small Ewok.”

Leia: “We have to look ahead, the area is crawling with Imperial Scouts.”

Luke: “Leia, Leia, Leia....Leia!”

Leia: “What?!”

Luke : “They are called cookies.”

Just got reminded that Luke never used his pistol on Endor! Damn, now need to change it so he's holding his lightsaber :rotfl

Technically that's not even "his" pistoi - it belongs to one of Jabba's goons.:lol

It's funny that pistol is associated with ROTJ Luke - Jabba's Palace, Endor and Jedi - yet he actually has it in-hand for all of one second, and only in Jabba's Palace.

And umm... he's holding it as he tumbles down toward the Rancor Pit (so could presumably use it to shoot/kill the Rancor) yet it mysteriously disappears as soon as he arrives in the pit.:monkey3

So Last Jedi can be forgiven about the whole disappearing praetorian blade thing during the throne room fight because it happens all the time in Star Wars. Right? :lol

It?s because all the ROTJ Luke?s released by Kenner back in the 80s had that blaster... not that you don?t know that.

They even gave it to Lando General.:dunno:lol

Lando was even more useless with that gun even in his skiff guard outfit. He has one in his holster the whole time during the skiff battle and never draws it, then mysteriously loses it as soon as he falls, just like Luke did in the Rancor Pit. Seems like it's a really easy blaster to lose when falling.:rotfl

And given it's really only a blaster used by Jabba's goons, you'd think Kenner would give it to figs like Squidhead yet they gave him a blaster mostly associated with rebel soldiers (though a few DSTs and the Docking Bay 94 Greedos had it.):slap

But hey - who would have believed they'd give a Han blaster to Luke in the movies, but Kenner read the tea leaves and gave one to their Luke X-wing fig before ESB even came out. Who knows if Kenner played a role in that movie creative choice?:lecture
