Man I wish HTs will have more weapons, that blade/baton and the fork things look pretty cool. I don't need the mega blaster, the heavy gunner figure can't really hold it so I doubt this one can.

I may be in the minority here, but I really hope palpatine isn’t alive in the movie. I hope it’s a ghost or holo recording or something. If not, it really dumps on rotj more than anything else.
That said, I am hopeful for a few good ot reveals next week.

Same. I was disappointed when I heard his laugh in the teaser. It played like a cheap shot to win over TLJ haters. Still, I’m curious to see how JJ wraps it up and I’m avoiding/ingnoring any theories between now and the release and go in with an open mind.

As soon as I heard Palpatine's laughter I closed myself to every theory, rumor and news. What a stupid move it was to reveal such a major spoiler. On top of that, Palpatine alive means Luke failed, and more importantly Anakin failed.

that said, even though I despise the sequels, I do hope the movie is good and redeems things somewhat. Maybe it will rejuvenate things for cassian and the mandalorian. Star Wars has so much negativity surrounding it right now, the fan base needs a universally good movie. And the Death Star trooper from hot toys, the fan base needs that.

That's been my problem with it, well just one of them I suppose haha. If that's what they wanted to do, all the characters should've appeared in Ep 7 and then as background/leaders or whatever after. Not have a Han, then Luke, then (supposed) Leia led movie.

They did it with E7 and E8 and people got mad. Now they bring something back and hope people will be happy again. I'm talking about the characters. Still, I think Lando and maybe even Chewie will die in E9.
