Re: Avengers: Endgame (April 26th, 2019)

Yes except the end part as a tribute to Stark. He looks strangely smaller in that kind of attire.

Benedict is perfect as Strange.

Yes he is.

Wow yeah Cumberbatch is so perfect as Strange I'm shocked that he wasn't their first choice. Then there's Rachel McAdams who passed on Pepper Potts but then came crawling back to be Strange's love interest, lol. She could have been blasting aliens in the biggest film of all time!

Wow had no idea that she auditioned hmm I wonder if she would’ve been a better PP.

Cumberbatch looked unwell in a red carpet interview I saw for this. Hope he's just doing 'a Christian Bale' for a role.

The comment you make, look he so old to young eyes?

I saw him he did look thin but not sickly thin to me anyways.

Re: Avengers: Endgame (April 26th, 2019)

I think Cumberbatch is perfect for strange though I have been pretty happy with all actors cast they have done really well in their roles. I prefer Cheadle to Howard as Rhodes. Music in the movies has been so so. I do like Silversti's scores and Henry Jackman's score have been good to.

Re: Avengers: Endgame (April 26th, 2019)

I wish the X Men had come out of one those portals in the final battle. Strange says something like, "I brought some new friends." Wolverine in his yellow costume and mask takes out the claws, Cyclops visor shining red, Rogue and Storm fly out above them, with Beast and Gambit leaping into action, finally Proffesor X in his wheelchair...rolls out, I guess. All in their classic costumes, theater explodes, dead people everywhere. Endgame makes 4 billion dollars. All other studios cancel all their movies for the rest of the year. :lol

Movie was incredible.

So many people sniffling at the end of the movie.

:lol :lol :lol :lol

I read an article saying Disney might not want AEG to break TFA's domestic and Avatar's global records since the sequels to those latter two films are also funded by Disney and they need those records in order to stay relevant whereas the MCU doesn't.

Watch Disney pull it from theaters in a week just to be safe, lol.

I don't think EG has a chance to break the domestic record. That's too much. The global one, maybe.

Re: Avengers: Endgame (April 26th, 2019)

Yes looking at the domestic day by day I'm guessing AEG will end around $800 million. But I think Avatar will fall. :yess:

Re: Avengers: Endgame (April 26th, 2019)

Even if EG drops 57% it still beat TFA 2nd weekend!

2B by its 2nd weekend can you imagine the numbers had the movie been 30 minutes shorter!

Avatar going down like Hulk. :woo

I expected some kind of nod to occur in this movie but eh. I would of died if this happened

Realistically that was never going to happen. This movie closed the page on the arcs of both Iron Man and Captain America. Even if they had closed the Fox deal earlier, there was no way Marvel was going to distract from their moments by attempting anything X-Men related. It was difficult enough shoehorning CM into the movie in a coherent manner. Besides, I think the sorcerers had already reached their maximum limit on portals. :lol

Re: Avengers: Endgame (April 26th, 2019)

So are you saying that if was unrealistic of me expecting to see a live version of a Marvel versus Capcom Wolverine run across the screen yelling berserker barrage at Thanos?
