More likely she's a Palpatine. The title could have a few different meanings. It could mean the rise of Kylo to power, or Luke's rising from the dead, for example.
It just needs to become more infrequent like the first handful.

I'm willing to bet we only ever get Kylo, Rey, Luke, BB8 (Who keeps buying these??) and some of the new troopers (redtrooper, jetpacktrooper, etc.)

I don't understand why HT and apparently SSC don't have a presence at Celebration this year. Not even an exclusive preorder from HT?? It's a perfect marketing opportunity at the very least. It's strange not even getting a press release or explanation- why are they quiet on the subject?

I suppose it also has to do it their marketing strategy and what not. Unpredictable releases keeps consumers on their toes - or something along those lines.
I'm sure we'll still see a figure preview pretty soon from HT. They probably just needed to wait on the first teaser like usual.

Considering it's the last movie that wraps up all 3 trilogy's, disappointing SS or Hot Toys couldn't be bothered.
Trailer looks awesome BTW, it gives us hope the saga will be wrapped up nicely for the fans.
The fact it's a group adventure reminds us why we love the original trilogy. JJ gets it.
