Im honestly surprised they're doing anything from Future Flight. The opens the door to a slew of characters to possibly make. This one is pretty bad azz.

Bear in mind that Hot Toys has done one-offs from properties before. Their Ghost Rider bore the "Agents of Shield" logo, but they didn't then go on to make other characters from that show.

This could very well be just a way to get the second use out of their WM MK3 molds, since Future Fight used that exact design, and not necessarily launching an entirely new line.

It's not, necessarily. The right to option figures from video game spinoffs may very well fall under the umbrella of their existing license with Marvel.

Possibly. But regardless of how it falls, it opens up a host of possible/potential Marvel characters not tied to the MCU.

Yeah, I think you guys are dreaming, personally.

This is a convenient excuse to reuse the WM MK3 molds. If they were launching a new line with the intention of doing new characters untied to the MCU, they wouldn't start with a Warmachine/Punisher Hybrid XD That's at the top of literally no one's list.

Wish they would have reworked the armor from the comics entirely. Rather than use MCU warmachine parts. Feels cheap. But gotta save money right? Lol. I do like the fire effects tho.

I agree with you. I honestly didn't even think they were making this, as I've posted before. But sometimes it's good to be wrong. And I said exactly what you did, that if they were starting a comic based line as some suggested, this is not the figure HT would've started with.

Part of being a collector is hoping/dreaming the products you want get made. Excitement is part of the thrill, no? Maybe they will make more characters from Future Fight, maybe they won't. But getting excited for something is what keeps one collecting and this hobby thriving.

Anyone else see the sculpt as actor Ray Liotta or is it just me? The rest of it looks awesome. Not sure if I'll get it or not though.
