Neck pieces and such

Hey guys, I'm pretty new with collecting, with me only having the hot toys flametrooper and executioner.
But, I was planning on preordering the new hot toys TLJ Kylo, and in one of the pictures, he has his helmet on. Since I'm pretty new, I'd like to know that if I get him, will I still see his skin from his neck when I put his helmet on? It'd be pretty weird, so, I'm just wondering.

Comparing these pics the helmeted version looks to have a black neck piece so I'll assume there's an adapter for using with the helmet. I can't see the helmet going over the actual head due to the hair mould.

His neck looks gigantic in that second pic.

I think you’ll find it’s perfectly in proportion to his chest.
