Someone on SSF recommended Cyberghost VPN to me, and I've been using it for a few years now. The servers are fairly stable, and if by some chance your server happens to disconnect, Cyberghost will terminate your connection to the Internet entirely.
I have an annual subscription for the Special Edition, which costs around $14 for the entire year.

If you want your IP address kept hidden for Web browsing privacy, Tor client is excellent.
But yeah if you specifically need a VPN Cyberghost as Solidus suggested? I heard NordVPN is decent too
