Hot Toys Lee busted shoulder fix?

Just bought a casual suit HT Lee body with a busted shoulder--the socket has shattered inside the chest. Wondering if these are available as a replacement? Been messing with a neck that seems to have the same size ball socket, might have to split that to somehow cobble up a repair. The rubber torso has come off easily enough and there are screws to separate the halves.
Anyone else had this, and what did they do with it?

BTW--the neck socket has cracked also...that stuff is obviously far too brittle for the job!

No forehead slapping required, I bought it used, busted. Sometimes we do that, for cheapness. Thanks for the tip anyway. Just checking to see if there's a tried route before I start with the innovatory repairs...saves time.

Post some pics of the broken parts, it's impossible to determine how to fix it otherwise.

Thought it might be a common occurrence. Guess not.
