ordering issue from sideshow

hi all,

my girlfriend is buying me some stuff for Christmas from sideshow to add to my collection.

as she is a first time purchaser sideshow has contacted her and wants to verify the credit card. which is understandable, however the form that sideshow gets you to fill out has a us fax number that wont accept the fax.

so we emailed the forms to the email address provided and they have bounced back. we have forward the email to the address that sent the request for the verification.

but she is worried about losing the order as she has till the 16th to verify.

has anyone had these issues.

My wife was called to verify her first order, i'd just call customer service and talk to them directly, maybe they got a digit wrong.

yeah i am in australia, she will have to wait and see if it has be accepted.
