These two movies are in my top 5.

They are damn good.

I also thought of Dr. Strangelove, in fact mostly anything Kubrick did.

And the first Nightmare on Elm Street.

Anything from M. Night Shamayamaobama.

Oh and Pulp Fiction has a scene with The Twist.

I think sports bras are a better plot twist ... they hide an unexpectedly impressive ending rather than building-up to an anti-climactic reveal. I've given this quite a lot of thought. Its a hobby.
