Statue/Bust. Judging by the scaling on the leather I would say 1:1 bust. Its too detailed to be a 1:6 or a dio.... Unfortunately.

I'd love Legendary Scale busts, it's probably the only likely way to get Obi-Wan and Luke busts beyond GG size, I doubt we'll see them 1:1.

If it is, I'm buying, even if it's only ROTJ revealled Anakin and not a full Vader mask and helmet, I'm sure it'll be better looking than the IC version.
