1/6 Repainted Hot Toys City Hunter HS

Pretty much a repaint and added quills to be more accurate to what we saw on screen.. however, the sculpt isn't perfect ( on the crown ) the rest is pretty close!! Hope u enjoy it

Beautiful paint work. Sadly, for me, it just brings out how wrong it's sculpted. I knew it wasn't anywhere near accurate, but with the better paint it becomes woefully apparent.

quills are a must and look wonderful.
i'd make a repaint more white than pink/beige, if i was able of at least understanding how you people are able do do it
that sculpt looks like a sad dog oh i hate ssang.

Nice custom job but I agree with the others. It's a valiant attempt at polishing a turd.

This was the one that made me jump off the Hot Toys Predator bandwagon for being just another artistic interpretation as opposed to a genuinely movie accurate figure.

Very nice job on the paintwork.


I've never been a fan of this iteration of the Predator design. It felt like a miss to me in the film, having gone from the super-real looking Jungle Predator (Predator) to one that, to be honest, looked like a foam rubber monster.

It was still a step up from the god awful Alien vs Predator "Scar" tho, damned thing looked like he had nappy rash in his mouth.

hmmm i don't agree with you at all, the bald forehead of P2 looks so insectish, like a spider's chest and a brain at the same time, i loved it.





new HT sculpt doesn't have that effect, but the old one did.



always thought P1 and P2 supplement each other perfectly - one has insect face with crab head, and another has insect head with crab face.

It's not accurate yeah, but, it is close enough to the hero version
