DL-44 HERO Blaster build

This is my 3rd attempt (2nd Hero) denix mauser build. I mostly used resin parts (scope, mount, flash hidder) with a metal grill. Also sanded down the trigger to make it more film accurate. Pretty much everything is screwed on so if I ever decide to upgrade anything I can. Very happy with the results and I would like share...

Awesome blaster...Great work bro!!! I love Han ANH blasters. Don't forget to remove the ring off the bottom of the grip for more accuracy

1:1 replicas are the best, they have such a tactile experience when you hold them. Keep going and do another man, you clearly have the skill... there is an awesome E-11 stormtrooper rifle kit on the RPF these days. Here is a pick of my recently finished DL-44. It is a made with a Denix and a DEC(Dark Energy Creations) kit from the RPF.

Very nice work I love it. Just a note though dirty up that brass dial on the scope its making me go all ocd hahahaha. Was brass with allot of dirt/paint over it in the movies but that's just me being a crazy person.

Thanks man! I kind of like the ring for some reason.. Know it's not film accurate but what the he11. Ur kit looks great. I see you went all in and got the proper wood grips as well. Thanks for the kind works.

Thanks! I hear Ya about getting it to look a little more "used". At the moment though I can't bring myself to weather it just yet. Weathering is tough cause it's hard to stop once u get goin!!
