Looking for someone to modify my DX12 batman head and eyes

My DX12 batman head is cross eyed..im looking for someone who knows how to fix it and if they can show me some pictures of previous work. I am willing to pay for the fix!

behind the two eyes there is a flat panel that connects to the PERS stick right? That panel is interlocked with two interlocking fins that come out of the back of the eyeball via a pin. Push out the pin with a needle, and that back panel comes off, and you have eyes that can move individually. You may need to remove the magnetic collar to have enough room to push out that pin. I don't have mine anymore, I customized it and sold it.

it sounds complicated, the problem is that I think if I do that, I will have a hard time selling it . Are there any videos on how to do it anyways? It sounds pretty hard...
