GG SDCC Exclusives preorder Info

Gentle Giant San Diego Comic-Con 2006 Pre-Orders
We will be taking Pre-Orders through https://www.gentlegiantltd.com/ for the following San Diego Comic-Con 2006 Exclusives:

Deluxe Shocktrooper mini bust with Shocktrooper Bust-Up - pre-order quantity - 1500 pieces
Darth Vader Fire Bust-Up - pre-order quantity - 2000 pieces
Lucius Malfoy as Death Eater mini bust - pre-order quantity - 200 pieces

*PLEASE NOTE*
The following measures are in effect in an effort to make these items widely available as possible:
*Limit one pre-order per person.
*Limit one of each item per pre-order.
*Must bring printout of Confirmation email and a valid ID to convention center to pick up order.
*Pre-Orders can only be picked up at the Gentle Giant Booth (3513) after 2pm on each day of the show, starting Thursday, July 20th.
*No pre-orders will be allowed to be picked on preview night, July 19th.
*If you already pre-ordered the exclusives, you may not get a second of any of the exclusive items, as all badges will be punched when pre-order is picked up.

Only a portion of the total edition size will be available for pre-orders. We will be selling the balance of the convention exclusives at our booth (3513) on a first come, first serve basis. Limit one of each item, per person.

An email will be sent out next week to members of our collector's club with the links for the pre-orders. If after a certain predetermined time any quantity remains we will post pre-order links on our blog. We will be taking pre-orders only next week. Any remaining quantity not sold through pre-orders will be brought to the convention for regular purchases.

I always get GG emails a day late - I'd ask that someone post the link here, but that would open it up to the non-collector's society people too and I'd be even less likely to get there in time.

What to do, what to do...

Let's get a board member PM or e-mail list going so that the first person to get the e-mail can forward it to other board members rather than posting it.

I'm disappointed that I'm going to miss out on the Shocktrooper.

Can someone please order and pick up a Harry Potter Lucius Malfoy for me?

I sent you an email about the pre-order system before I read your post so please disregard the redundancy of the message. I think this is a good idea.

So who is all in? I am for sure.

I'm going, but not in the collectors club. I'd pre-order it, IF any are left too. From what I understand the club members get first crack, than anyone else so if they all don't go to club members I might get one. Any date info?

Cool!! Hopefully I can snag the two things I want before I go out to the show.

If anyone is going and doesn't plan on getting the Harry Potter bust, PLEASE order one for me!

Great, more preorder stress from GG. I am going and I hope I can get my preorder in, my email from GG is also a day late.

Crapola....only 200 for presale on Lucius. And I also get my GG e-mail a day late (if at all -- hit and miss most of the time). If my luck stays true to form, the other 300 available at the Con will be sold out just as I'm next in line after prolly waiting in that line for 2 hours.
HELP please in passing the e-mail to me via pm? Pleeeeze?

If anyone has the link for the GG Malfoy please PM me the link. If I get it soon I too will PM the link to any freak that is going based upon this thread.

Let's definitely help each other out, Deke! I will let you know if I hear first if you will do the same. There are a few of us here that will be helping each other out.

In fact, if you (second person plural) aren't going to the show but get the e-mail first, help us out and send a PM with the links. I don't get my GG e-mails until several hours after they begin to arrive in other (luckier) mailboxes.

Gentle Giant will hold back some of each and sell them through their site after the summer conventions are all over.
