It'll neither be 1/4 or 1/6 scale if the total height is 10". That'll make Deadpool what? 8"? Thats almost NECA size How can a statue be so full of WIN, & yet, be so full of FAIL, at the same time?

A 12" figure sitting down is about 10". Sounds like 1/6th scale to me.
