Are these real reviews? Not only do these seem to contradict the trailers, but also each other. FR felt pretty stripped down to me, this looks to be more lore-heavy.

Not that I'm complaining either way. Loved FR and have been looking forward to this one since they announced it.

That line bothers me. I know you guys all love Fury Road, but for me it was a one-dimensional, one-trick pony that was all flashing lights, zero substance, zero character, and no story. "Let's go here. Nah, we'll turn round and go back." Max's best line in the whole move: "........................." I love Tom Hardy but there wasn't a character, just a grunting mullet.

This looks like the characters have some meat on them so I'm hoping it's better - but at least last line is hopefully, I suppose.

Probably, since as noted previously Max and Furiosa's back stories were written before FR.

(Now all we need to know is if they rhyme!)

BTW I thought Hemsy's prosthetic nose made him look like Lachy Hulme, who coincidentally plays his rival in the film. Maybe it's a sign of power.
