I ran across some of Mando's custom Joes well before I ever joined this forum. Figure like that Wild Weasel are a big part of how I got interested in high end, 1/6 stuff to begin with. There was a time when I thought Hasbro was all there was in this department

Thanks guys. This helmet is a far cry from where it started some two years ago (with a lot lag tme in between), but I'm really happy how it finally turned out.

I ran across some of Mando's custom Joes well before I ever joined this forum. Figure like that Wild Weasel are a big part of how I got interested in high end, 1/6 stuff to begin with. There was a time when I thought Hasbro was all there was in this department

Happy to have been part of that, Kara! I loved the Hasbro HoF guys for what they were, at least the first four. But the tailoring on those was HT quality compared to some of the stuff they were releasing years later. Wasn't until SSC released Bespin Han that I re-discovered this scale.

Damn, that Wild Weasel is awesome! The Rattler was my one and only large scale Joe toy back in the day, and it was my favorite since it looked like an A-10.
