Man, seems like everyone has this figure or is planning/awaiting one. I wonder if this has been one of Hot Toys' best selling figures?

I can't believe how many posts there are in this thread. Almost 11,000 and it's only been out for a couple of months.

It's Batman :wink1:

I like how it's practically impossible to take a bad picture with this figure. So unlike the Batman Begins one.

IMHO the Begins or the TDK figures were never that good to begin with.
I hope the new version made for TDKR will be better so that I can get it.
To return to the topic, I'm glad they did THE definitive Batman justice:yess:

I actually thought the MMS71 TDK Batman looked better than the DX02 (unpopular I know, but aesthetically he just looks more natural). I also will return to topic by saying - I love my DX09 (I've got him posed next to CR Superman) The only 2 Hot Toys a DC fan needs :1-1:

Anyone have any methods they want to share to get the cape to lay flat? I've got mine as flat as I can get it, but not as flat as I'd like.

Anybody getting indentations from the stand on his inner thighs? It seems like it will be inevitable with any stand you use with that suit material. It almost makes me want to return it for a new one and make sure the stand forks don't press into the legs.

Not only is it Batman...it's Keaton Batman which for almost everyone who grew up during that period loved (I include myself in that statement).

Add in the fact that the execution of this figure couldn't get all that much closer for a masked Keaton Batman and I really think this one is a home run by HT.

It's worth mentioning as amazing as some of the pictures have been for this one, it still MUCH better in person. :thud:

Just got mine and he is pretty incredible, first hot toy purchase, I am having an issue though with the back of the head piece, I have been trying to squish it in the head so the seam lines run smooth but no luck, the piece is just too large for the fit, are any others having this problem?

I know this has probably been asked a hundred times, but how do you remove the black paper from underneath the belt?

There might be a better way, but I just tore a straight tear next to where the tape tab was.
