Gonna guess that part is for the flexpay option.

OK, so cancelation means I lose $30 plus any rewards points I coughed up.

Dont you lose that anyway? Flexpay or not? I checked that box when checking out. Was there an option not to?

That's just my guess... I've only used flexpay once and that was in the pre-NRD days.
But I would guess you would loose your NRD and whatever fee is associated with canceling a flexpay.
So not an option to choose lightly
I was going to go with AE but since they have an NRD for this one, figured I'd just get the EX from SS if I'm going to have to pay an NRD. not even 89 Bats and Joker had an NRD at AE.
Anywhoo...
This Luke will go great with SS ESB Boba and the rumored/mentioned Deluxe ESB/ROTJ Vader from SS. And for the price, 2 figures (let alone DX PERS figures) for $150 is like a dream w/ most of HT figures going to the $200 range and up these days

Yeah, the NRD stopped me in my tracks. Weird huh? 30 bucks isn't much but it bugged me so I held off.

Not for me personally but I think that's a decent price considering its 2 full figures with one giant diorama.
The Vader head will look awesome for a future dio to use alongside a Hot Toys Vader when he gets released!

Ah, don't worry about it. 
its bugs me too that's why i normally go with AE b/c they normally don't put the NRD on POs. The NRD makes me feel committed to the purchase so I won't lose that measly $30. these days though, in this economy, $30 is gas or food and if one would have to cancel this figure there goes a weeks worth of gas (depending on what kind of car you have of course)
BUT since I'm converting to only 1/6 Star Wars (going to be putting some things up for sake soon) figured I might as well go ahead and put in the PO since this will probably be the only other time we'll get a Bespin Luke. I'm definitely not settling with the earlier SS Bespin figure when this new one will be the ultimate Bespin Luke.

I just figure come shipping I can think of it as only costing $270.
I know when it charges in 6 months that I'll be excited to see it cost 30 less. Someone should just give me the whole damn thing for free. I hope it doesn't sell at all because setting a $300 precedent would suck.
Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if this doesn't sell that well because of the $300 price tag. $300 is a lot of bread for one (yeah, I know it's two but let's be honest here-it's the same damn character).

Why isn't there an official spec+pics thread for this? Also, I'm not a big Star Wars fan, but damn! As one of the most iconic characters in film, this figure(s) is a damn good deal. 2 full figures with a diorama for $300!?! Not even counting the bigass diorama, that's $150 per figure, which is cheaper than even HT's mediocre characters (Baby Doll, etc.). That is an incredible deal, and the figure looks amazing to boot. Congrats to you guys. (Hell, I'm tempted to join you.)
