I'm picturing in my head those who would purchase these figures and a lot of them are wearing fashion scarfs on warm days.

Likeness looks worse than Icons.

I disagree. It looks just as good if not better.
It could be the same one ICONS was trying to sale and failed. The company that did that one was called DID I believe.

I don't know ....I'm not even an Apple fan personally, but I find stuff like this more interesting than another Iron Man or Batman....

Is this a Japanese company? It says on that promotional shot "No matter when, Apple is in my heart." Pretty cute phrase I think
