Okay I probably won't be seeing any new 2017 releases on the big screen so here I go:

Really enjoyed:

Decent:

Good to see you loved Wind River... I must be getting old.. Picking a Drama for my best film of the year

I liked Alien Covenant also... David's story is very interesting to me.

Personally I think you have Logan too low.

Even though I did not like Skull Island as much the second time and found it full of problems.. John C. Reilly character was much more rounded and interesting then anyone in TLJ.. The overall story was much more solid too... Oh course that is not saying much

Just surprised it was on the sucked list... I have only seen it the one time and found it just it enjoyable enough.. Only ask about the first movie because I thought they were about the same.

Must admit I also enjoyed Covenant - I just don't really consider it a true part of the Alien canon.

Yeah, definitely not. But a fun and gory monster romp nonetheless.

I don't consider either of the David movies canon.. But like them both.

I thought GotG2 was mediocre at best but Yondu's arrow killing scene alone was 10x more enjoyable than any of the slapstick nonsense on Sakaar in Ragnarok.

Yes Wind River was fantastic and I must be getting old too with only one blockbuster in my Top 6.

Did you like GOTG part 1??

Just surprised it was on the sucked list... I have only seen it the one time and found it just it enjoyable enough.. Only ask about the first movie because I thought they were about the same.

I thoroughly enjoyed GotG 1 in 2014 but found that I never really revisited it on blu-ray. But GotG 2 just felt like they were trying *way* too hard from beginning to end and none of it really worked for me.

Also of note, I went to see Guardians, Wick, Star Wars and Justice League 2x each and many of the films here I've seen a second, third of fourth time due to owning the blu ray when it came out.
