Okay so this one is for SSC 1/6 figures that for whatever reason, did not meet your personal satisfaction. This can be one that you bought and got something completely different to what you expected.
Or one that you didn't buy simply because you thought it was terrible.

For myself it was SSC 1/6 Mace Windu, the sculpt was simply terrible...i can't bare to look at it :Flush

My personal disappointing 1:6 figure is the SS Stormtrooper - I had 2 but simply sold one and got a Marmit instead:

Cons:

- floppy body/rag doll (both my SS Stormies had it, so no excuse) - at least you can exchange it for better, but YOU SHOULDN'T for the price paid
- weird looking helmet: mic tips too big, lower jaw too big, Asian eyes (mic tips and eyes can be fixed, but unfortunately not even Michelangelo Buonarroti can fix the lower jaw)
- chest armor needs futzing to make it closer to the body (can be fixed)
- cod piece too small (only Viagra can fix that)
- lower leg armor dances on the body (can be fixed)
- armor might need a polish to make it shine (can be fixed)

Pros:

- helmet has the trim on the neck, nice touch
- cool sturdy material for armor
- great accurate cloth belt and great thermal detonator with accurate metal clips
- great blaster, the best 1:6 Stormtrooper ANH blaster hands down

Didn't say worst, but most disappointing right, so. . .probably Indy for reasons pointed out. Runner up for me though is Flint. Garbage paint apps, horrible body, just a really mediocre figure on the shelf without a fair amount of modding IMO. I was always OK with the stock figure, but never reasonably happy. One of my favorite childhood characters, so that was tough.

Flint with Anakin being a close second. Two of my favorite characters, both extremely disappointing. Paint apps on both, Flint's lack of accessories compared to other Joes, that gimpy switch out arms for Anaking that always falls off, and most importantly the sculpt on Anakin.

Lara Croft for sure. Cheap clothes, horrible body......but the guns were nice.

Hot Toys Aliens Warrior... figure was a complete POS. I never did anything extreme with it yet the pegs still cracked and deteriorated leaving it a floppy piece of junk.

Oh yea, that Indy was a POS. The only thing nice were the guns.

The head sculpt is still the best Indy IMO, but the paint was godawful. And some of the pieces (besides the guns) were good... but certainly not as good as it should have been.

Worse than SSC's Van Helsing?

I don't think anyone would care enough about Van Helsing to be disappointed in being a crappy figure or not :lol

It's the only 12" figure I've ever returned...

Definitely Indiana Jones. The Prometheus body, bad paint, windbreaker jacket, and head that made Indy look at least 20 pounds heavier than he was in the movie just made it a huge letdown.

NOTE: I liked the pictures of Trevor's original sculpt, so there must have been something wrong in the molding and casting process that killed it.

C'mon guys. Padme Amidala (Snow Bunny Ilum Mission version). I laugh every time I look at it. I never got it, but it just make sme wonder what the hell were they thinking releasing this garbage!

POTA Brent. Well, just look at it.
2nd choice POTA Ursus. Helmet too small. Flaps too short. Holster made for the wrong side.

From sideshow it would have to be the R Lee Ermy figures, I love that guy but the figure is on that awful buck body and has a ballon of a head, love the talking feature though. That body with the ballon head makes him like 6'6" tall in 1:6 scale:( would love them to remake that today. He is still in my display cause its Ermy but damn I would love a new version to replace it with, not likely to happen but.....oh well.
