"This is my first XM and first bust. Honestly, I didn’t expect it to be this big even though it is stated to be 1/4 scale. Guess I’ve forgotten how monstrous Venom supposed to be.

Overall, this XM Venom Bust is so amazing (for me) that I am afraid XM actually created such a huge success, that their upcoming XM Venom 1/4 (which I’ve also PO-ed) might not be as good as this. From the prototype photos, I can say that for now, the face sculpt and the overall menacing look of this bust totally win over the 1/4 statue format. Last but not least, my review might not count for much since I’m not a hardcore collector (very selective due to budget) and this is actually my first bust - but I dare to say, this has to be 1 of the best Venom bust out there right now (if not THE BEST).

By the way, I was hoping to make this a companion piece with the XM Venom, but….I didn’t expect the size to be so big. Now I will have to display them separately due to space issue."
