I know people love their stuff, but some pieces seem to be almost dioramas instead of stand alone statues. I don't like the elaborate bases that are huge and almost a "scene". They take up so much space that way. It's all personal taste though.

Good post. It really is a balancing act. You want a base with some character but nothing too outrageous.

Ewww, good thing there's a long distance between Mr. Green and this statue, so there is no need for a 10' pole.

Man, just another great sculpt by XM. This Spidey line will be hard to top when all is set and done.

An amazing piece! These latest pics just showcases how awesome this is! Damn!

Would be impressive if he work as a wrecking ball. No cement between those concrete blocks? Base doesn't do anything.

While I love the concept, it does seem like A LOT of polystone. With Rhino's already large size, this is going to be a huge piece (plus expensive to ship). I think they can get a similar effect with a little smaller base. Rhino looks amazing by the way.

Whoa ...the base got bigger, huh?

I kinda liked the original already. Just needed to change the cement railing on the stairs to skinny metal railings.

I wish they would just do this front on with nothing getting in the way of his right side. Make some debris sure, but let us see all of him. such a waste of the scuplt having him covered up. Pounding the ground with his right hand would have been amazing.

First concept is best. Just minimize pillars and show more Rhino.

I'm not a big Rhino fan but IMO, the Rhino COM is the best looking Rhino statue I've seen. I know it's hollow and has QC issues but the pose and sculpt itself looked fantastic. Not feeling the base on this one nor the armor plates on his costume.
