all I've heard was that they were going back to the drawing board to start from scratch......who knows though...lol

I loved the design they had originally.
But I always thought that the arms would have a hard time supporting all the weight.
There would probably be some breakage issues.

I think I actually preferred the original pose, but I'll probably still get this as I really want a Doc Ock in my collection.

Some good elements - would be better without the coat which reminds me too much of the movie version. And I'd prefer less "environment" - keep the emphasis (and the $) on the character.
