Pretty sure this is long out of production dude! Came out back in 2005 if I remeber right. Join the clubhouse forums and see if anyone there will sell theirs.

Yeah...I knew it was a while ago. Just figured that maybe someone had a contact to someone that might know how to get one. I got mine back around that time. Got destroyed last year in storage.
