WTB: McF Puss in Boots Statue and Venom Comiquette Print

I am looking for said statue. The one made by McFarlane Toys. It is 13" and was a Collector's Club Exclusive.
It is this one:

Also I would love to have the Venom print that came with the SSC Venom Comiquette Ex to complete the set.
