WMD of Marvel?

So I'm putting together a little art project based on power levels, brains, skills and the ability throw people a beat down that would classify someone as a Weapon of Mass Destruction. I already have my list but I was just wondering everyone's thoughts and maybe I missed someone. I'd also like to keep the list to mainly characters than operate around earth, thanks.

1. Hulk and all of his incarnations
2. Juggernaut
3. Onslaught
4. Dormammu (if magical beings count)
5. Void/Sentry
6. Dr. Doom (if he wanted to be considering he took on the entire Mighty Avengers single handidly until he used black magic on Sentry and released Void)
7. Apocalypse (omega level/immortal/has celestial technology)
8. Scarlet Witch
9. Jean Grey/Phoenix (omega level/not sure if you consider her cosmic)
10. X-Man
11. Magneto

From an Earth only perspective, any of the Omega Level mutants (several I didn't list) have the ability to easily destroy the Earth if they choose...
Loki, Thor, Morgan Le Fay, and a few others...but they are Asgardian or Mythical; not sure if they count either.
