This is a great cowl! Thanks for sharing this to the community..
Although I will admit that it's the first time ever that I saw Bats in that cowl. I may have to find out more about the 'Ultimates'..

It was a concept done by Wizard along the lines of Marvel's Ultimate line. Basically a "What if DC made their own Ultimates?" type of thing. Nothing ever came out of it, but the concept sketches were generally awesome.
