Wire removal for dx09 batman

Hi all.

My name is Rick and im a newbie.

I only own 2 hot toys figures. But in my opinion also the 2 best.
The DX08 JOKER & DX09 BATMAN.

The 1989 Batman is my favourite of all time. Seeing that when I was a kid for the first time, and it still blows me away today.

Anyhow, back to the subject. Is there a how to guide anywhere for the removal of the wires in the DX09 BATMAN cape? I have a spare to try out on. Ive seen pics on here of capes with wires removed and it looks so much better and more natural.

Any help is appreciated.

Yo, man! Welcome to this crazy hobby, lol.
I've removed wires. Also I've removed leaning. And added some sinkers onto this cape. No use! It's still too hard and crappy looking. So here is y advice: go and get custom replacement from TonyMeis:

It's really worth it! Throw HT cape into garbage bag or save for posing him flying down. No way to make it look better, believe me. I've tried.

Are Tonys capes shaped or just squared off at the bottom?

It is shaped. Not to spam the thread, but here is my video review comparing the 2 fixes (wire removal versus Tony cape) if it helps. Tony's is definitely superior in my opinion.

Like you Im a massive Keaton fan and I want this figure to be the best it can be as in my mind the Joker one is perfect right outta the box!

I watched your vid Sallah (excellent vid by the way!) and about half way through of reviewing Tonys cape i was almost praying for you to push the arms down by his sides (as this is how i will most likely be displaying him) but a picture would be great if you could Thanks very much!
