Why no "Kick Ass" Premium Format or Comiquette?

I love the books, love the film, love the character and i bet i'm not alone on this.

How come sideshow hasn't made anything from the comic?

I'd kill for a comic kick ass statue and Big Daddy, Hit Girl combo
