They say right in the description that it's a Cool Girl from Takara Tomy. Don't know which one though.

Not sure which head that is, but I can tell you for a fact it's been repainted. Those Cy-Girl figures belong to one of the owners of Triad Toys from his personal collection. So even if you find the headsculpt, it WILL NOT look anything like that. It'll have the standard Cy-Girl paint job. For example..

I think that's a repainted Cool Girl Luna. She was a limited release in Japan. Last I looked, they were weighing in at about $400 on eBay.

Keep in mind . . . a lot of the figures used to model the outfits by Triad Toys are custom rerooted/repainted CY GIRL or other 1:6 female heads done by Louie (aka customdawg).

All Cy-Cirls have that basic paint job. If you're not feeling that, you might want to avoid Cy-Girls.

have you checked out some of triad's female bodies? their sculpt and paintwork is really nice and beats most of the old cy girl heads. i have the caucasian and the lola figure and their paintwork is really top notch. i got to see their new brunette one in person at the supercon show in san jose last month and she looks awesome in person. this is the one i'm talking about:
