Which head for a Rick Grimes?

Hello everyone!
I was wondering if there are recommendable heads for a Rick Grimes (Season 3). I saw one up on ebay but don't know about the quality..so if someone ordered that one and can recommend it, I would be happy to hear that opinion. Also, if some has a custom head he wants to part with or may tell the source of it, I'd also be happy.
