which has better sculpted and bigger arms HT MOS or HT Kerebos Panzer figures

good afternoon. hopefully someone can help me with this. I am working on a custom and was considering using HT MOS arms or the HT Kerebose Panzer arms. I have the HT MOS arms but not the Kerebos HT figure. Does anyone possess both and are they the same size? Any help is appreciated.

I could be wrong but I believe they have the same biceps. Forearms however I believe are larger on MOS.
