Just had Panda Express Fried Rice, Beijing Beef, String Been Chicken, and Peppercorn Shrimp.


Now...I do not normally go for shrimp. But I don't hate it and I really like peppercorn sauce...particularly to dip a grilled steak into a la Texas Roadhouse.

So I had to try the Peppercorn Shrimp and it was pretty damned good.


The String bean chicken is...well, I think the phrase "to die for" is really stupid...but it certainly is "to kill for".

Yea, I prefer ketchup over other option like cream cheese, or bacon. Don't know how people can do those....

My dad loved that. I always thought he was using catalina dressing, so that is what I started to use.


And now I love that. Haven't had any in quite some time, though. Gonna have to revisit that.
