I'm looking to pick up a 2 figures to fill out one of my detolfs. Looking at a Jason, Freddy and in a 1/6 scale. What would you guys recommend? Don't want to break the bank either. Thanks

You can score the Sideshow ones relatively cheaply, although I think that ultimately they will just serve as a base for upgrades down the line. I personally find SS pt.3 and Pt. 7 to be winners for Jason, while every freddy from SS is pretty darn good.

You could go Mezco, but those look more toyish in my estimation.

This guy was a Part 3 I drilled out the head for and fitted it onto a better body. Also got some replacement pants and boots. For winging it he ain't half bad.

Unleashed Viper does a Great job! I have a Jason 4 and halloween coveralls from him, Outstanding.

My first custom Jason

Sideshow Part 7 Jason, dyed and weathered the outfit and boots, repainted the mask, repainted parts of the rubber suit including ribs on the front and back, spine, bones on the legs and also rusted up the chain a little. I think the next thing i plan to do is give him a little more padding around the shoulders/arms.
