As the Darlord just stated, Shai has permission to view the board. But the Darklord's magic has made it so Shai cannot speak (or post).

Indeed it would seem the Darklord has rebirthed Shai as a "dead man walking" as someone once put it.

Not really, Dave has very limited ways to block, where someone in the know has hundreds of ways to connect.

And very few people have a static IP address so thats not a good option, I could have the same IP as someone else a week later if use the same ISP.
