Statue Unhappy Experience With Joker Lifesize Bust

I POed joker lifesize bust from local store，when I dug out this thread，https://www.sideshowcollectors.com/forums/showthread.php?t=119352&highlight=joker&page=46)
what made me surprised is the cancelation of acrylic eyes.

First of all I feel very terrible about the massage,because it is the acrylic eyes that made me POed this piece 。

Second I POed this piece from local store，It means I can not cancel the order and if I dislike this piece after I receive it, I can not return it to anyone ，SSC or local store.

When I POed this piece,I know nothing about the cancelation，and this thing really struck me. I have to post a thread here to comfort myself .
I wish you who is in front of the screen will understand my feeling.

I ordered locally as well but was able to cancel.
