1/6 Trying to find info on this 1/6 TDK Joker

Hi, all. I don't know if this is the right spot to ask, so I apologize if it's in the wrong section. Looking for a 1/6 Joker for myself and found this online. I'm going block out the seller's name since I don't know if that's allowed. Anyone have any info on this? It says it's a preorder coming out soon. It looks decent but I'd like to get more info. Thanks for any help!

no that one is the Overtoys one with "real" hair using a recast of CREG Customs joker sculpt.

This one looks to be a bootleg copy of the DX11 clothes with recast MJ Choi headsculpt and DX11 laughing sculpt.

both are not official figures and who knows if they're actually going to be released.

I actually was considering to pre-order that one since the original HT one is so expensive right now. A asked a store in Germany that was selling it for some info (cause I couldn't find anything about the manufacturer) This is what they said to me:

The Company is a third Party Company, and the product is not quite a
copy of the Hot Toys DX11, it seems like they made a Little different
headsculpts.
It is a Little lottery because it is the first item, no doubt bout that.
Maybe they do a good Job and the product is worth every penny, or we
will have issues with the head sculpt (like momtoys 1/4 scale), but the
clothes will have high Quality for sure.

Truelly it is a small distance between Kitbash item and copy, but for us
in that case it is no copy.
