Pretty awesome!

I'm not too keen on the face but the body is begging to be used in a Slave Leia custom.

Bring on some John Carter and some Tars Tarkus!

Hmmm... the face is what I really like. She seems Native American. This begs the question, are there casinos on Mars?

I'm such a tuckfard.

Seriously, though, to me, it's a beautiful sculpt.

I like her to, looks a lot like the poster art.

I also saw the Helga Vikiing figure
on there as well. It's the first figure with the new Alpha Body.

Though I prefer the Alpha with the small (B cup) chest plate
this figure looks interesting.

Definitely prefer the Viking... the first figure looks a little too bland overall. But, both are pretty nice looking figs.

She's a red Martian and she should be a much darker red IMO. The costume is okay and I like the body.

However we're going to be seeing movie designs pretty soon, and I'm sure this isn't going to be what she looks like in the film.

This is the first Burroughs-inspired figure from Triad. They will also be doing Carter, as well as Tars and a thoat. Some expatriate New Englander is doing the thoat...PS

One thing to consider . . .

The figure's final appearance, design, etc. is all based on the final approval/decision of the ERB estate/licensing company and not Triad Toys.

I already placed my order for six Dejah and six Helga (the female viking-ish) figure.

:D

The only thing I really don't like about Dejah is the finish on the armor pieces, looks too plasticy to me.
On Helga I don't like the eyelets used where studs should've been used, I also wish her horned tiara was more of a real helmet.

I wonder if these will ship anywhere near the targeted time frame. That Lola figure was so delayed it was ridiculous. I went ahead and pre-ordered Dejah Thoris anyway though.

Chung, you got that right . The poor guy doing the thoat had to do a major re-sculpt because the licensing guy thought it"looked too much like a horse". It might be added that this was the only person who's seen it that didn't like it. Hopefully the new version will be better received;it's certainly more imposing looking. As far as time-frame is concerned,I believe Triad's aiming to capitalize on the Pixar film(which makes sense)...PS

Does this place ever delivery on there pre-orders? I ordered a Eva body from them back in Dec 08 with a release date of July 09, after July in was Sept. then it's Oct. or Nov.. I finally canceled my order after calling them and being told that it would be out before the end of the year. It just keeps going on and on, and later and later.

They canceled my order, but haven't refunded my money, what's with them?

Why would they even think about saying this figure will be available 4th quarter 2009? BBTS has it listed as "Estimated to Arrive
November 2009"
