Ron is on a standard TT. Filled out the suit pretty well and Ferrell is a big guy with broad shoulders so it worked out.

I agree with you about the likeness. His face is a little thin for Ferrell. I think the 'generic Ferrell' likeness hurt this one a little. (but again, GREAT custom)

I agree beeshaw - with a better sculpt, this custom would be a bit more satisfying...We'll see, I may try my hand at sculpting.
