The reason I think we will never get a 1/6 Elvira

I think these are the reasons there will never be a 1/6 action figure of Elvira.
1. They think the premium formats are the extent of her value.
2. The can't do a seamless female body.
3. They fear they won't be able to sell the figure.
4. The hair.

Reason is prolly no 1/6 license.

Plenty of her outfits don't require a seamless body. Seamless bodies suck anyway. Might as well buy a statue.
