Looking good so far! I've developed a new found appreciation for people who sculpt at this scale, it is quite the challenge. Good on you!

So I kept in mind the suggestions I've been receiving here, which I am extremely grateful for, and put another few hours in on our friend here. Took a lot out of the chin and nose, refined/re-positioned the ears. I feel like I'm getting closer to the goal. Any thoughts/criticisms would be appreciated, they have helped me get this far.

It looks good. I honestly won't be able to see exactly how good til he is painted and haired. I think his bald noggin is throwing my perception off, lol. Who did the coveralls? Those are really nice ones.

It looks like you sculpted the pyramid points on the lips? I wouldn't do that. That's why I suggested using a picture of the original Kirk mask as reference. And from the side profile, the neck is very wide. It looks really great though. Good job. That is a serious undertaking.

Upcoming sculpt my buddy is doing in 1/12,1/10,1/6, and 1/4

Thanks for the comments. Yeah, I should make a little mock wig to help me sort things out lol! The coveralls are by Yunsil.

Agreed. I did look at some Kirk mask reference which helped a lot with the nose, but the mouth still needs work. It is too pointy. Thanks for the suggestions, they are appreciated and thanks for acknowledging the effort.

The sculptors who have and are hand sculpting Myers have and continue to do amazing work with a challenging reference source, but this is the best sculpt of '78 I've ever seen. I imagine these will be pricey, but I'm definitely curious to know what the details are for obtaining one, that is Michael as I see him in my mind when I think about the '78.

Prob np more expensive than an standard myers sculpt prob $200 for painted and haired. I'd imagine an blank would be less.

That's fairly reasonable, depending on what a haired version looks like, I'd likely be interested in the part seen in the photo then add sculpted hair. If done right, rooted hair can look great, but that quality work is pricey and I'll probably be pushing budget for the portrait, but even if ThreeZero did a figure, the sculpt wouldn't be that good, it'd be viable for a body at best, so the face is a definite must. Sculpted hair would get the right silhouette on a budget.
