I'm trying to avoid knowing too much about the movie until I see it in theaters....that being said I've seen limited pic's of this figure and it looks like you've done a good job of bringing him to life. Lightsabre is obviously too cool. Looking forward to updates. Welcome to the boards and to the Star Wars Custom Figures & Dioramas thread which is the class of this forum.

After doing some tiring research for Appearance of Kylo Ren, Fabrics, etc.
I've finaly able to Make this awesome yet mysterious Character.
the headsculpt using Epoclay and two layer of 0,3mm plaplate

Before Captain Phasma. here are some WIP and finish result with The Trooper.

tired of wrong shape or sizing with clay (btw i am not good with sculpting), i moved to 3d modelling for the armor.

still need some repair with
-the belt
-thigh armor too high
-chest armor perfect fit but way too perfect until the chest wont bend
-helmet hole too small for inserting headsculpt, and i am not happy with that. because it's helmet, not headsculpt! hopefully sideshow would consider for making real helmet for the trooper

but no worry.
all part were designed for easily detach so repair work will be easy.
