^^ If buying that box set is the only way to get the other nine Bonds on Blu-ray, ____ you MGM/Fox. :pfft:

Even Hook?

I LOVE Hook!! yeah, that's right!!!!!:yess::yess:

Actually I think his worst movie was 1941, but anyhooo.....:lol

As for the Bond set, for once I wish they were single releases. I already bought and rebought the damn movies on DVD, now I have to rebuy on Blu-ray to get the ones I didn't originally get on Blu-ray. Argg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EDIT: Oh yeah, I had all the Bonds on VHS (well the ones up to Goldeneye I believe), so my DVDs were a upgrade from those. LOL!

I'm sure they both ship to the States.
If they don't though give me a holler & I'll grab them & ship them over if you want?

Amazon.co.uk has it for £7.49 as well. The UK release has all the special features the US version has, just on one disc instead of two. And i just checked the special features and they seem to be in HD as well.

But i checked Blu-Ray.com and it looks like people are able to find it at Blockbuster for about $10. And a way to check if there's any available near you:

Thanks for the heads-up, guys. :duff

I checked my local Blockbusters with no luck, but I did order the region-free version from Amazon for $20. Not bad.

I don't own any of the Bond flicks on Blu-ray yet. Looks like I will now.

Thanks! I think it's a seriously underrated film. I remember it coming and going when it hit the theaters. I don't think too many people saw it at the time.

David Fincher is another one of my favorite directors. I own all of his films on DVD/Blu-ray as well.

I saw it. Went out and bought Graysmith's book and read it straight away. And I almost never read books. Then DVD, then DC DVD, and finally the DC blu which I intend to wear out.

Mine too! :hi5:

In a box set, too. :(

Oh, quit your whining. It's just one movie. You can survive that, can't you? :lol

Can't wait for the Bond 50 box set :rock

I had them all (well, up to Die Another Day) on VHS too...man, those were the days. I think the films on BD might just be slightly better though :lol

Seeing that video makes me appreciate some of the those movies even more. The Sting, Kill a Mockingbird, even Pillow Talk.

Movies were truly something special during that time.
I'm not that big on 2 and 3 either. :chase

:thud:

I've always hated Short Round and Willie and I don't care for all that stuff in the mines. I used to like 3, but it's almost too comical now and takes away from the perfection that part 1 is.

I know what you mean. I still think there is so much good especially in 3. Young Indy and all.

But I also agree. Raiders is perfection to me.
