Just a publicity stunt. Chrissy Amphlett from the Divinyls was infamous for this sort of action. Just a rock n roll myth, like Iggy sliding on broken glass, Alice killing small animals and such. Like LOTR Fan said, looks like she split her drink while the lead break was playing.
